What Is Mirakl?

Mirakl is an enterprise marketplace platform: software that lets a retailer, distributor, or B2B operator run its own marketplace, onboarding third-party sellers whose products extend the operator's catalog. The platform handles seller onboarding, catalog and offer management, order routing to sellers, quality monitoring, and commission settlement. It is also used for dropship programs, where the operator sells the item and the supplier ships it.

Why it matters

Operating a marketplace inverts the usual integration problem. Instead of one company syndicating out to many channels, the operator ingests catalogs, offers, and shipment events from hundreds of sellers — each with its own data quality.
